Outside of the office, Dillon is a culinary enthusiast who enjoys experimenting with new recipes (particularly the art of the perfect steak) and exploring Nashville’s vibrant food scene. An athlete at heart, he stays active through a variety of sports, with a lifelong love for soccer. Dillon is also an avid traveler, frequently voyaging domestic and abroad to immerse himself in nature and history, always seeking new perspectives to bring back to his life and work in Tennessee.
Originally from Clinton, Mississippi, Dillon Scott brings a specialized perspective to the Nashville commercial real estate market. After earning his MBA from Mississippi State University, Dillon spent time in the wholesale insurance industry, focusing on commercial excess and surplus property and casualty. This background provided him with a sophisticated understanding of risk management, a unique asset he now leverages to advise his clients' interests and ensure sound investments.
Dillon specializes in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of industrial, retail, office, and land assets.
